We have included the latest version of the entire Manual of Patent Examining Procedure commonly called MPEP 8th edition revision 5. This is the bible of patent examining procedure, Patent rules and Patent law. Virtually every question can be answered here. We have downloaded this from the PTO on numerous occasions and found that it did not work while residing on our desktop computers because of many broken links, no index and no pictures. Several calls to the PTO to fix the problem were unsuccessful. We have spent many many hours going through the 3500 + pages and fixing all of the problems so you can use it seamlessly. You can down load the entire MPEP to your computer for a small fee from my new site manual-of-patent-examining-procedure.com as soon as it is up in the near future. We are also committed to replace newer versions immediately as they are released.
